Please see our terms and conditions below and how they will apply to anyone using our site as a consumer.

Customers rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015

At all times we strive to ensure that the content of this site is completed as accurately as possible as a representation of the goods for sale. When manufacturers have altered specifications and this is not represented on our website we will inform the customer as soon as possible regarding these changes and ask if they wish to proceed with the purchase.

The information including images, technical information and prices are subject to change at the discretion of FW Supplies and can be done at any time without prior notice.

Orders can be accepted verbally over the telephone by e-mail or online.

Any companies placing orders who are in the European Community will have to supply a valid EC VAT number to exempt the charge of VAT.

When placing of the order by whatever means, this will be deemed to constitute full acceptance of the terms set out.

Prices are displayed initially without VAT but the full price including VAT @ 20% will be displayed in your cart.

All goods are sold with VAT added.

If the wrong price has been accidentally displayed then this will be brought to the notice of the purchaser. FW Supplies can withdraw from the sale if this happens and a full refund given.

Prices are shown without delivery. The cost of delivery will depend on location and this is indicated in the checkout section. Vat is added to delivery costs.

Goods can also be collected with agreement.

We always try to display stocked items but if the item is not in stock we will notify the customer to advise on a restocking time or offer an alternative. If this is not to the satisfaction of the customer then a refund will be issued.

Payment 

We currently use Paypal Merchant Services which supports a large number of credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

Card types that are currently not compatible with PayPal Merchant Services are:

• Procurement and private label credit cards (such as a department store credit card).
• Debit cards requiring a numeric password and pin-pad for entry.

Delivery

Delivery is done via independent transport and couriers with delivery times as indicated. We will always strive to get your orders delivered to you on time but there may be occasions where there may be a delay beyond our control. We will keep you updated if such delays arise.

Where at all possible we will attempt to group orders to cut down on delivery costs taking into account combined weights etc.  The vast majority of deliveries will require someone to be present to accept the goods and possibly sign for them. Where deliveries have been arranged and there is no-one present to accept then there will be a handling charge incurred.

The goods will remain the sole property of FW Supplies until fully paid for.

Consumer protection

You as the consumer have 14 days to cancel the contract beginning the day after you receive the goods. This will not apply to off standard or made to order goods as these will have been uniquely manufactured .

You will receive a full refund on the money paid for the goods. Initial delivery costs from FW Supplies to the consumer (if applicable) for  the goods will not be reimbursed. When returning goods it is always advised to use a recorded delivery service making sure that the goods have adequate insurance liability cover as this is solely the responsibility of the consumer. The goods must be returned unused, undamaged and suitably packaged in a manner to avoid any damage in transit.

If the consumer receives faulty or damaged goods then FW Supplies will fully replace the goods with no additional carriage costs applied. Consumers must notify us within 48 hours of the arrival of damaged goods.

If the goods are damaged by not being used correctly as directed, mistreatment or in a manner that exceeds their stated working limits then a refund will not be given. Consumers must take reasonable care of the goods and follow maintenance directions where applicable.

Orders that are over 6 months old and the goods has been confirmed to be defective then the refund due will be calculated taking into account the age of the Order.The consumer will be refunded a proportionate amount of the original purchase price of the Product. This does not include the carriage cost of the original Order which will not be refunded. Refunds of any money received from you will be made using the same payment method originally used by you to pay for your purchase and paid back into the same account.
